Get rid of the system 'BEEP' sound in VMWare

If you use VMWare, you might, like me, have had a hard time finding out how to disable the system beep sound.

Turns out you have to edit the .vmx file yourself, and include the following line:

mks.noBeep = TRUE

That should shut up the annoying mother.....BEEP
